Marketing Rates

Our services are billed in a variety of rates and methods depending on the type of service, skill level, time to complete, whether there is a pre-payment , and other factors. We provide our services under several brands which are associated with particular types of services. 

Hourly Rates 

Standard hourly rates are typically for customers who only need a few hours of service. Basic rates are typically used for maintenance services and intermediate rates for new services. Customers who need project work or regular service are encouraged to take advantage of our hourly rate discounts available through our retainers and contracts. Services are billed in 1/4 hr increments.

Flat Rates

Flat rates are pricing rates based on a fee schedule for a particular type of project. These rates are calculated by multiplying the hourly rate by a scheduled timeframe to complete a specific type of project. Customers are charged the calculated rate whether it takes less or more time than scheduled. Therefore, flat rates may result in either a lower or higher cost than going hourly, and is designed for customers who want a fixed rate so they know what to expect for a final project expense before the project is started. Unlike a typical project estimate which may be slightly less or more at the final calculation, a flat rate is set at the beginning of the project. Customers on a flat rate don't get the benefit of a final discount if the project is completed early but are also not charged for additional time if the project should take longer than expected. Any project scope changes may incur a change in fees. Retainer and contract discounts may be applied to flat rates as with hourly rate projects.

Custom Rates

Custom rates may be quoted for special projects and/or advanced services. Services are typed by various factors such as market rate, skill sets required, difficulty level, and service location. Services that are more difficult and require a higher skill set and/or services that require local on-site support have a higher hourly rate whereas services that require a standard skill set and/or can be done remotely have a lower hourly rate. Discounts may be available for special promotions or charitable organizations.

Payments

We accept major methods of payment including Paypal.   

Notes

 * Overtime and emergency support time applies to all rates, is in addition to any retainers, and billed at 1.5x the retainer/hourly rate. Overtime is anything over 8 hrs/day or 40 hrs/week or any time on government holidays. Emergency Support is support with less than 48hrs notice or outside of normal business hours (10am-7pm M-F CST).
