Mission

A privately owned Missouri LLC located in Kansas City, we are a member of a network of company brands determined to help small businesses grow by providing supplemental support to free up company time so they can concentrate on their core business.

Policies

Many of our policies are included in our contracts. Depending on the type of contract, this may include confidentiality clauses to ensure our clients privacy and/or terms of service/use to inform clients of details of service and what is expected of parties.

Staff

Staffing may consist of a team of employees and/or subcontractors. Additional staffing is called in from our network of vendors as needed to provide timely and quality services.

Our company president has worked several years for colleges and large corporations serving in various positions including retail, customer service, and technical services. This includes over a decade of expertise in different areas of the high-tech industry whether it be in server administration, web  development, desktop technical support, or other areas of the industry that we service. 

Hardware

We utilize a variety of software & hardware to provide our services including various desktop publishing, web design & development programs as well as utility programs. We use desktops with high-speed internet connections and laptops with wireless/GPRS so we can perform emergency services wherever we are located. 

Our commercial photography equipment is all digital technology so there is no analog to digital interpolation. Our digital photo cameras are SLR or SLR-body so special effect lenses/filters can be added and they support up to 8 megapixels so photos can be blown up to poster-size if needed.

We use high-performance servers in state-of-the-art data centers that are staffed around the clock 24/7/365. Each data center is climate-controlled and connected to the internet through various high-speed data lines. The servers we use can handle huge amounts of traffic and can support a variety of server technologies. Servers are constantly monitored and updated with the latest upgrades to maintain a competitive edge.

Software

We support several open source initiatives by utilizing a variety of open source projects for our services. Use of alternative options sometimes allows us to lower our rates for the same services others may require higher rates because of their additional overhead. Depending on the service, you may not even notice the difference in the end results or it's possible there is no alternate option and we just may not provide certain services.
